EMP MALAYSIA SUBMITS QUOTATION TO SRI LANKAEMP MALAYSIA QUOTES RF EAVES TO SRI LANKA After successfully marketed our products into the Indian market, EMP Malaysia Trading Division is aiming at the Sri Lankan market. Through a Sri Lankan agent, we have quoted one 20ft. container load of the RF Eaves Rainguard system. Rainguard system is an effective way of increasing tapping days which tappers currently cannot tap their rubber trees due to rain. It has been found that by installing Rain guard system, it can increase tapping days of between 25 to 35 days per year. This Thai delegation wanted to visit a rubber processing manufacturing factory and learn about new technologies in rubber processing from Malaysia. Our company arranged this delegation to visit a factory of our manufacturer and showed them our range of rubber processing machinery which ranged from wet processing machinery and our top seller i.e. our EMP range of Dry rubber processing machinery. The deal was finalised last Friday when the representative of the Indian company visited our office and premises. March 2010 With the rising natural rubber prices, our Trading Division has received numerous enquiries for the supply and delivery of different types of accessories used by the rubber plantation industries. Enquiries have been received for the supply of Ethephon Plus latex stimulants, Latex Coagulation Powder,Rubber Mangles and RRIMflow systems. We quoted 5% and 2.5% Ethephon Plus Latex stimulants to India, latex coagulation powder to Myanmar and 50 sets of rubber mangles to East Malaysia. March 2010 Our Trading Division has sent our quotation for a rubber plantation owner in Colombia, South American who wanted 500 sets of our EMP Rubber Tapping Kits. Our EMP Rubber Tapping Kits consist of tapping knives for young, mature and upward tapping knife, latex stimulant (5% concentration), non-acidic latex coagulant powder, wound healing compound and tapping utensil kits. All items are packed in a robust plastic container so that all these items are stored in it. We welcome enquiries for our EMP Tapping Kits for other rubber producing countries. March 2010 EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION has designed and will be marketing our covered plastic latex cups to rubber plantations owners, smallholders and government agencies throughout the world market. Over the years in marketing our rubber processing systems around the world, we find that field latex collected in conventional latex cups, has contamination problems due to dirt, sand, leaves etc. embedded in the field latex and cup lumps. Dirty field latex and cup lumps result in higher processing costs and production costs. Washout due to rain is also a problem.
