Our Projects and Engineering Division is preparing to ship out our first 5mt./hr Dry Processing line for Compound Rubber to Thailand.

The client's Letter of Credit has been received and our manufacturer is speeding his works for the supply and delivery of 2 Sets of EMP Dry Processors, Cooling Tunnel and Belt Conveyors.

To date, the Cooling tunnel and belt conveyors are ready and will be painted next week.

The dry processors are being assembled which we hope to be mounted onto the baseplate next week together with the motor and gearbox.

9th. October 2009

EMP Malaysia, Fans Division, has just quoted 2 sets of Centrifugal fans to a local company in Shah Alam.

One set is for As 80 Centrifugal fan while the other unit is for PB 75 Centrifugal fan. The technical specifications of the fans were also faxed to the potential customer.

Our range of fans, axial and centrifugal fans are being recognised worldwide. Our fans, axial fan and centrifugal ones, are being used in our Cooling tunnels for our Dry Blending lines.

Our Indonesian client has requested us to requote our EMP 3mt/hr SIR 20 Crumb Rubber Processing Line to Sumatra, Indonesia.

We quoted our prices in July 2009 and now he wants our latest prices.

The quotation is for a complete SIR 20 crumb rubber processing line which includes the wet end processing line, dryer and presses. An optional Dry Blending line to produce compound rubber is also included.

7th. October 2009

Through our Bangladeshi customer, we have received an enquiry for the supply and delivery of One set of Rubber Kneader of capacity 50 kg/batch.

We quoted our customer today via email. Our company is moving towards the supply and delivery of downstream rubber processing machinery besides the traditional upstream rubber processing lines we normally design and install.

23rd. September 2009

Our Trading Division quoted a potential client for the supply of 1mt each of Ethephon Plus 5% (Green Label) and Ethephon Plus 10% (Red Label) to a customer in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Due to shipping costs, our minimum order is for 1metric tonne each for both types of Ethephon Plus.

Packing is either in 500gms bottles or 4 litres packing. We are now awaiting for their reply on our prices.

We hope we can supply this latex stimulants to our customer in Sabah so that they can increase their rubber latex yield from the rubber trees.

23rd.September 2009

EMP Malaysia has quoted the supply and delivery of our Standard Sartorius metal detector c/w a belt conveyor to a Malaysian client recently.

The model quoted is similar to the metal detector we sold to our Indonesian customer early this year. The unit is operating satisfactorily in Indonesia and has been used to detect ferrous and non ferrous contamination in rubber bales.

18th. September 2009

Our Trading Division has just submitted our Proforma Invoice quotation for the supply and delivery of 1 x 20ft. container of Ethephon Plus latex stimulants to Brazil.

To be supplied in 25kg jerry cans to maximise the full container load, this 20ft. container can hold 20 mt of Ethephon Plus latex stimulants.

With current uptrend in rubber prices, we have received enquiries from plantation owners/traders who want to increase their rubber production yield in the respective countries.

Our Trading Division has just submitted a Manual Creper Roll Grooving Machine to a potential client in Nigeria. They requested us to quote this machine as his client wanted a Creper Roll Grooving machine.

Our company can offer either Manual Creper Rolls Grooving Machine or a CNC type Creper Rolls Grooving machine. As our potential client is in West Africa, we have offered a manual type machine instead of a CNC one.

Delivery of a Manual Creper Rolls Grooving Machine is around 2 months from the date of downpayment and order.

3rd. September 2009

EMP Malaysia has engaged the services of their Thai counterpart to supervise the mechanical installation of an 18 stages Skim Block Dryer at Chumphorn, Thailand.

This 18 stages Skim Block dryer will be gas fired with LPG of capacity 1.2 mt/hr. Besides, the dryer, we have delivered an EMP 60 Tons Moving Chamber Automatic Rubber Baling press.

After mechanical installation and electrical installation, Mr. Kang will travel to Chumphorn to commission the dryer and press at site.

24th. August 2009
Mr. TW Kang, our Managing Director has returned from his Rubber Processing Consultancy visit from a South Asian country. He was there from 16th. to 22nd. August 2009.

He evaluated the existing natural rubber processing system of the client, proposed improvements and what can be done to increase production at the client's factory.

15th. August 2009

Mr. Kang will be flying off on his Rubber processing Technical Visit tonight. He will be there until next Friday to evaluate the current rubber processing methods being used in the South Asian country.
