Our Projects Division has just submitted a 5mt/hr SIR 20 crumb rubber processing line to a Singaporean company who intends to invest in Indonesia.
Our proposed line include slab cutters, wet prebreaker, rotary cutter, crepers and final shredder for the wet processing line while the dry line include a 5mt/hr crumb rubber dryer and hydraulic presses.
We have also proposed a dry blending and compounding line as an optional item.
Interest in setting up new crumb rubber lines has increased especially with the recent rise in NR prices due to increased demand and a short supply of NR due to the wintering season. With expected and projected shortfall in NR, NR prices are expected to remain high in coming months.
We are currently costing a 1mt/hr STR 5L/CV line and a 5mt/hr STR 20 for a Thai company as well.
