Since 2008, our EMP Group of Companies has selected Air Asia as our official airline for any air travel within Malaysia and Asia. Firstly, the corporate colour of Air Asia is very alike to our own corporate colours and we value Air Asia's competitive and out of the box thinking in giving travellers value for money travel packages and travel destinations.

13th. May 2008

While our Managing Director, Mr. TW Kang was away to Southern Thailand on a supervisory trip on a skim block dryer and a follow up trip on a proposed EMP 2mt/hour Dry Rubber processing line, we have just submitted a Consultancy and Supply & Delivery of a 2mt/hour TSR 20 Crumb Rubber processing line to a West African Country.

Raw material will be 100% cup lumps and the potential client is seeking out land for the proposed project.

Our client has already received our proposal and quotation and will be holding a meeting to discuss our proposal and prices.

12th. May 2008

Our Managing Director, Mr.TW Kang is currently in Southern Thailand to supervise the installation of a 17 Stage Skim Block Dryer. This supervision is part of our contract and upon inspection of the dryer being installed, some faults were found.

As we are providing the technical input on this project, the faults were pointed out to our Thai counterpart for their rectification. The dryer will be able to be tested and commission in 2 weeks time.

5th.May 2008

EMP Malaysia Projects Division has just completed a proposal to an Indian company for a 1mt/hr TSR 20 Crumb Rubber Processing system. TSR 20 rubber will be produced from cup lumps and sheet material.

The project proposal will take about 6 months to complete if we are successful in getting the order. Recently, we receive a small order for rubber tapping knives in Kerala whom the company is keen to distribute our knives in India.

5th. May 2008

Our company was requested to submit a price quotation for a new EMP 100 Tonnes Automatic Rubber Baling Press to a Vietnamese company in Ho Chi Minh City.

We submitted our prices to the company concern and they are to submit the quotation to their client.

Over the years, we have begun to receive enquiry for our rubber processing machinery via the Internet. Companies from overseas have located our company from the Internet.

We are also preparing a price quotation for our latest model of Single Chamber Rubber Baling Press which incorporates a weighing system.

23rd. April 2008

EMP Malaysia has recently been contracted by a firm to submit a preliminary price quotation for a 10mt/hr crumb rubber processing line in Indonesia.

Work has already started and we hope to submit our proposal soon. Our Scope of Works include designing a suitable process line which covers pre-cleaning, blending and final size reduction equipment, drying systems, baling and packing. A flow diagram and a Preliminary price quotation for such a line will be submitted together in the Proposal.

24th. March 2008

On Saturday last 22nd. March 2008, EMP Malaysia has shipped out the 500kg/hr Skim Block Dryer equipment to Thailand.

We received the order in late January 2008 and within 2 months, our company has delivered the above items by road. Once the items are cleared by the Thai customs, the Main fan, exhaust fan, cooling fan, feed drive and control panel will be installed at site.

We hope that the complete installation at the site can be completed by 3rd. Week of April 2008 and the dryer commissioned by April 2008.

EMP Malaysia Trading Division has just launched our EMP Rubber Tapping Kits for rubber tappers who want a ready-to-use rubber tapping kit.

We have incorporated various types of rubber tapping knives, plastic latex cups, non-acidic latex coagulant powder and other tapping accessories into a robust plastic container. This comprehensive rubber tapping kit will be useful to tappers who want to buy these kits off their local shops in their respective countries.

EMP Malaysia has just submitted a price quotation for the supply and delivery of our EMP 60 Tons Single Chamber Press to a skim block factory and a STR 20 factory in Thailand.

Our press is based on top loading with bottom pressing and ejection system. This system ensures 100% pressed bale ejection from the press with minimum use of oil in comparison to current presses which extract the pressed bales from the top.
