EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS TSR CENTRAL PROCESSING PLANTS

EMP Malaysia Projects and Engineering Division has just submitted a Technical Specified Rubber Central Processing plant to a plantation group in South Asia.

The TSR plants are for the production of TSR 5L for latex grades and TSR 20 plant for cup lumps. Both the lines have a 2mt/hr processing capacities for the wet process while the dry line is currently for 1mt/hr. Should the processing capacity need to be expanded, they only need to install another 1mt/hr dryer.

EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION QUOTES TAPPING ACCESSORIES AND LATEX STIMULANTS

With the rubber prices heading North in recent months, our Trading Division has quoted our Tapping accessories such Gebung rubber tapping knives, sharpening stones and Ethephon Plus latex stimulants to a few potential clients in South Asia.

These tapping accessories will be used to tap the rubber trees while the latex stimulants are for increasing latex production on rubber trees WITHOUT harming the trees.

As our quality products are priced competitively, they have been sold to different countries over the years.

EMP 5MT/HR DRY RUBBER PROCESSING & BLENDING LINE IS IN OPERATION SINCE 6TH. NOVEMBER 2009

Since 6th. November 2009, our dry processing and blending line has been in operation. It was energised on 4th. November 2009 and has now been tested with rubber as load.

We received a compound rubber sample produced from RSS recently. A follow-up visit will be done soon.

Just after 3 days of mechanical and electrical installation of our 5mt/hr line, the line will be energised tomorrow.

MR. TW KANG TRAVELS TO S.THAILAND TO SUPERVISE INSTALLATION OF 5MT/HR DRY RUBBER COMPOUND LINE

1st. November 2009

Mr. TW Kang, our Managing Director has travelled to S.Thailand to supervise the mechanical installation of our EMP 5mt/hr Dry Rubber Processing and Blending line yesterday.

The line is now 90 per cent completed at the factory site and it will be commissioned on 5th. November 2009. Our electrical personnel will be flying in on Tuesday to check the final connection to our Motor Control Centre before energising the main motors of the Dry processors.

EMP Malaysia Ships Out 5mt/hr Dry Process/Blending Line


EMP Dry Processors being painted before delivery

Our first order for our EMP 5mt/hr Dry Rubber Processing and Blending line will be delivered to Thailand tomorrow.

The machinery are being painted and equipment are ready to be trucked up North tomorrow.

At the same time, we are fabricating another 5mt/hr process line to another Thai client.

EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION PREPARES SHIPMENT OF FIRST ORDER 5MT/HR DRY COMPOUND PROCESSING LINE TO THAILAND

With our first order for our EMP 5mt/hr dry blending line for compound rubber nearing completion, we are preparing for our shipment to Thailand by lorries.

Scheduled to be delivered next week, our Cooling Tunnel, Belt conveyors and Motor Control Centres are ready to be packed and prepared to shipment. Our last two EMP 5mt/hr Dry Processors are being assembled and mounted onto their common baseframe. They are expected to be ready next week when the lorries arrive to collect them.

EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION REQUESTED TO SUBMIT 2MT/HR DRY COMPOUND LINE TO KEDAH

Another enquiry for the supply, delivery, supervision of installation and commissioning of our EMP 2mt/hr line for Dry Rubber Blending/Compound has been received by our company in Kedah.

This plantation group is interested to enhanced their TSR 20 line by investing in a value added Dry rubber compound line. Raw material will be supplied by their own plantations.

Target date for this supply will be in 2010.

EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SENDS PRELIMINARY QUOTATION FOR RUBBER MACHINERY TO BRAZIL

With a surge of enquiry for our Rubber processing systems, we have just quoted our preliminary prices to a Brazilian customer for the supply and delivery of a 2mt/hr TSR 20 Line.

This line consists of Slab Cutter, Hammermills, Wet Prebreaker, Crepers, Final Shredder, 2mt/hr Trolley Dryer and a 100 Tonnes Moving Chamber Press.

Brazil is a new market for our company and we are very interested to offer our machinery and expertise to any company from Brazil or around the South American region.

EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION PREPARES SHIPMENT OF 5MT/HR DRY PROCESS LINE TO THAILAND

Our Projects and Engineering Division is preparing to ship out our first 5mt./hr Dry Processing line for Compound Rubber to Thailand.

The client's Letter of Credit has been received and our manufacturer is speeding his works for the supply and delivery of 2 Sets of EMP Dry Processors, Cooling Tunnel and Belt Conveyors.

To date, the Cooling tunnel and belt conveyors are ready and will be painted next week.

The dry processors are being assembled which we hope to be mounted onto the baseplate next week together with the motor and gearbox.
