EMP MALAYSIA PROMOTES GREEN TECHNOLOGY FOR RUBBER DRYING6th. August 2009 In line with our corporate vision of promoting green technology and reducing carbon emission to the environment, our Projects and Engineering Division is currently designing a 100 mt Rubber sheet/crepe drying system. The system will use Solar Heating for drying the rubber sheets. We want to use natural convection ventilation as far as possible so that minimum energy will be use. The drying chamber temperatures will be maintained at optimum level. EMP TRADING DIVISION QUOTES 3 MILLION PIECES OF LATEX SPOUTS TO AFRICA3rd. August 2009 Our EMP Trading Division has just submitted a quotation for the supply and delivery of 3 million pieces of latex spouts to a Singapore trading company. They are destined to West Africa. Through our marketing network, we have sourced this supply from Thailand through our Thai agent. The latex spouts are 75 mm in length with V shaped profile. They are manufactured from 0.5mm thick zinc sheets. Buyers interested to buy these latex spouts can contact us via email at : TWKANG@emp.com.my ![]() EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS RUBBER WOOD KILN DRYING LINE TO WEST AFRICAN COMPANY24th July 2009 Our Projects and Engineering Division has submitted a rubber wood Impregnation System, Kiln Drying Plant and a boiler system to a potential West African client in West Africa. The plantation group intends initially to process 2000 cubic metres of rubber wood per month and requested our company to quote suitable rubber processing equipment to them. EMP MALAYSIA QUOTES 2 SETS OF EMP 100 TONS MOVING CHAMBER AUTOMATIC RUBBER BALING PRESSES13th. July 2009 One of our clients in Thailand has requested our company to quote for 2 sets of our EMP High Capacity 100 Tons Moving Chamber Automatic Rubber Baling presses. These presses will be used to press rubber compound bales that are being produced by our EMP 5mt/hr Dry Blending Line for compound Rubber. As the line is designed as 5mt/hr, 2 sets of our presses are required. EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS 5MT/HR CRUMB RUBBER PROCESSING LINE TO INDONESIA13th. July 2009 Our Projects and Engineering Division has submitted a complete EMP 5mt/hr Crumb Rubber Processing line to our Indonesian client. The complete line comprises of both the Pre-cleaning Wet Processing Line and the Dry processing line for raw material input of field coagula lumps, USS and cup lumps. An optional Dry Blending line of 5mt/hr capacity for the production and blending of rubber compound rubber is also quoted. This project is slated to be completed in 2010 if we are successful in obtaining the order from the client. EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION QUOTES HD PLASTIC RUBBER CUPS TO AFRICAN CLIENT4th. July 2009 Our EMP Trading Division has just quoted a 20ft.container load of High density 1.2litres capacity plastic cups to an African client in Africa. A 20ft.container can hold 280,000 pieces of latex cups and our prices are competitive. HD plastic cups have longer shelf life in comparison with PP (polyproponene) latex cups though they maybe cheaper initially. PP cups will crack when exposed to long exposure to the sun. We are waiting for news on our quotation. EMP TRADING DIVISION QUOTES 5 SETS OF ALFA LAVAL 410 TO THAI COMPANY26th. June 2009 We recently received an enquiry via www.alibaba.com for the supply and delivery of 5 sets of reconditioned Alfa Laval LRH 410 latex separators. Our Trading Division has submitted our best prices to the potential Thai client for consideration. As the Thai client required 5 to 6 sets, our five sets maybe suitable to them. We sold one unit of LRH 410 latex separator to a client in Bangladesh last year and the unit is in operation. EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS 8MT/HR & 6MT/HR DRY PROCESSING LINES TO VIETNAM22nd. June 2009 Last Monday, we met up with a potential Vietnamese company who wants to set up a 8mt/hr Dry Blending line in Vietnam. Our company has already offered them our price quotation earlier and we were asked to re-submit our line with China-made motors and gearboxes and Taiwan make motors and gearboxes. On this matter, we have sent them our prices this evening. Besides the 8mt/hr line, another Vietnamese firm has requested us to quote for a 6mt/hr process line for blending compound rubber. Again, we quoted them our prices this evening. EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS 3MT/HR WET PROCESSING LINE TO INDONESIA18th. June 2009 EMP Malaysia Projects and Engineering Division has just submitted a quotation for a 3mt/hr Pre-cleaning Wet Processing line to an Indonesian company. This pre-cleaning line consists of Wet Slab Cutter, Hammermills, Macerator and Crepers to pre-clean dirty cup lumps, field coagula and Unsmoked sheets. The designed line is to be simple in operation, reliable and effective in processing dirty raw material. Delivery will be around 4 to 5 months from the date of order if we are successful in our bid. EMP HOLDINGS DONATES TO FOUR CHARITIES10th. June 2009 In line with our corporate social responbilities (CSR), EMP Holdings donated a token sum of RM400.00 to four charities via the effort of "The Trishawman Beca Ride from Melaka to Penang."
