After receiving our first 1 x 5mt/hr EMP Dry Blending Line last 2 weeks ago, we received another 1 x 5mt/hr EMP Dry Blending Line from Thailand.

The new order augurs well in our focus in concentrating on our EMP Dry Rubber Processing systems for TSR and Compound Rubber production.

The delivery of these 2 x 5mt/hr dry process lines are scheduled to be delivered and commissioned within 2009 where our clients want to produce/blend special compound rubber.

EMP Malaysia has submitted our prices for the supply and delivery of a Palm Kernel Press for a potential client in Thailand.

The palm kernel press is to be used for the pressing of palm kernel and obtain oil from it.

EMP Malaysia intends to seek new business opportunities outside our traditional rubber processing businesses and hope to diversify into another area such as oil palm business.

Our Projects Division has submitted our prices for a 8mt/hr NR Compound line to a potential Vietnamese customer.

The Vietnamese firm requested our company to submit a bid for their proposed NR masterbatch factory.

Raw material is SVR12, 20 and RSS 3 of 95% dryness. They will be blended with synthetic rubber and stearic acid.

We offered our range of dry rubber processing and blending machinery which can process these material.

They include dry EMP slab cutter, EMP Dry processors, cooling tunnel system, metal detector and our 100 Tons Moving chamber presses.

Our projects division received an invitation to submit our Dry Rubber processing line for the production of compound rubber to a Vietnamese company based in Ho Chih Minh City, Vietnam.

We have sent them our Technical Questionaire so that more information can be received before we can quote them accordingly.

Our company was one of about 5 companies requested by this Vietnamese Import-Export company.

RF Eaves Rain Guard System
RF Eaves Rain guards are to be marketed by our Trading Division. RF Eaves was developed in 1981 and are used to prevent rain from interfering with rubber tapping of rubber trees. It has been found that owners of rubber plantations and smallholdings can loose quite a lot if they cannot tap their rubber holdings during rainy days.

Recently, our Fans Division quoted an Axial fan for fumes extraction in Philippines. Today, they emailed us asking for a catalogue and performance curve.

This is a positive sign as the potential buyer wants to clarify some technical specifications of the quoted Axial fan. This shows our pricing is competitive.

If we get this order, it will be our first break into Philippines market for our axial fans. We recently sent 4 sets of our 800mm diameter Axial fans to Bangladesh.

EMP Malaysia Trading Division recently received an enquiry for the supply of Greenyield Latex Coagulant Powder for smallholders in Laos.

We quoted about 251 cartons of this latex coagulation powder on a consignment basis.

The powder is for coagulating latex in cup lumps form by the smallholders there. As infrastructure in Laos is limited, transporting liquid latex can be difficult as spillage will definitely occur. However, if the latex is converted into cup lumps and transported in clean plastic bags, the cup lumps can be easily transported and kept clean.

EMP Malaysia Projects Division has just submitted a 3mt/hr dry rubber blending/compounding line to a potential Malaysian company based in Perak.

Their overseas client who imports masterbatch rubber batches from them want them to increase production to 3mt/hr instead of current production of 1mt/hr.
