EMP MALAYSIA PREPARES METAL DETECTOR TO BE SHIPPED OUT TO INDONESIA23rd. April 2009 After testing the metal detector last week, we packed it on Monday. It is now ready to be shipped out to Indonesia. ![]() This order is important to us as it opens up the Indonesian market to our company. Over the years, our company mainly concentrated in a particular country and orders were given to our company by our long term customers in that country. EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION QUOTES EMP AXIAL FANS TO BANGLADESH18th. April 2009 Recently, we are asked to submit our EMP Axial Fan prices to our agent in Bangladesh. The enquiry was for 3 sets of Supply Axial fans, 2 sets of Exhaust fan and 1 set of Axial fans. After successfully delivering 4 sets of our 800mm diameter Axial fans to Bangladesh recently, this is another new enquiry from our client. Our client is going to be our authorised agent to market our range of EMP Axial and Centrifugal Fans in Bangladesh in the commercial, fire-fighting and industrial sectors. MR. T W KANG SENDS RUBBER PROCESSING PROPOSAL TO EAST AFRICAN COUNTRY17th. April 2009 Our Managing Director, Mr.TW Kang, has just submitted a rubber processing proposal to a rubber tyre company based in a East African country. Their field latex production is expected to increase to more than 10,000 litres per day when their plantation comes on stream in 2 years' time. They intend to set up a processing system which can cater for this expected collection in the future and we have submitted our proposal to them. EMP MALAYSIA TIES UP WITH CHINESE COAL FURNACE MANUFACTURER TO OFFER COAL FIRED CRUMB RUBBER DRYERS17th. April 2009 EMP Malaysia has recently tied up with a Chinese Coal furnace manufacturer to offer Coal-fired Crumb Rubber Dryer. We submitted our standard 3 to 4 mt/hr Crumb Rubber dryer with an optional Coal-fired furnace as an alternative heating system. The alternative heating system was offered to an Indonesian customer in Jaya. We have designed a wood-fired crumb rubber dryer in 1992 and the system is still in operation today. That system uses blue gum wood logs and has a heat exchanger system. EMP MALAYSIA RECEIVES A METAL DETECTOR C/W BELT CONVEYOR ORDER FROM INDONESIAN CUSTOMER15th.April 2009 EMP Malaysia receives order for the metal detector which we quoted recently. Pending payment, the unit will be tested on Friday and packed for shipment to Indonesia. Indonesia will be another developing market for our company as we have not been concentrating on this market other than in Thailand. Our company has been requested to submit our proforma Invoice quotation to an Indonesian client based in Sumatra, Indonesia for their SIR 20 factory. EMP MALAYSIA PROJECTS DIVISION OFFERS 3MT/HR AND 5MT/HR EMP DRY RUBBER BLENDING LINE TO THAI CUSTOMER8th April 2009 Recently, EMP Malaysia Projects Division, has been deluged with enquiries for the supply and delivery of our EMP Range of Dry Rubber Processing/Compounding lines of capacities ranging from 2mt/hr to 5mt/hr. Eventhough our EMP Dry Rubber Processing lines were originally designed for blending or mixing undried rubber bales, they have been proven to be able to handle the blending/mixing of rubber compounds with natural rubber,carbon black,synthetic rubber, fillers and accelerators. EMP MALAYSIA SUBMITS 5MT/HOUR EMP DRY PROCESS/COMPOUND LINE TO INDONESIA28th. March 2009 EMP Malaysia has just submitted a proforma invoice quotation for the supply and delivery of 1set of EMP Dry Rubber/Compound Processing line to Indonesia. The capacity is 5mt/hour and the line is to be incorporated with an existing SIR Crumb Rubber Dryer for the production of compound rubber. EMP MALAYSIA QUOTES EMP DRY RUBBER & COMPOUND RUBBER PROCESSING LINE TO THAILAND25th. March 2009 EMP Malaysia has submitted a price quotation for the supply and delivery of a 2mt/hr Dry Rubber and Compound Rubber Processing line to Thailand. This line can be used to blend skim crepe, USS/RSS/ADS and STR rubber bales as well as to blend compound rubber with synthetic rubber, fillers and accelerators. Over the past few months, we have received a number of enquiries regarding our EMP range of Dry Rubber Processing line. We will be quoting a 5mt/hr processing line to a firm in Indonesia soon. EMP MALAYSIA VISITS THAILAND FOR TECHNICAL AND MARKETING VISITSMarch 2009 Our Managing Director, Mr.T W Kang flew to Bangkok, Thailand recently from 2nd March to 7th. March 2009. The visit is to meet up with existing clients and to visit factories in Thailand that are using our EMP Range of Crumb Rubber processing systems. Mr. Kang had the opportunity to travel to Chumphon to view a factory site which will be installing our EMP 18 Stages Skim Block dryer and automatic press. EMP MALAYSIA TRADING DIVISION QUOTES TAPPING KNIVES AND ACCESSORIES TO SINGAPORE TRADING COMPANY12th. February 2009 EMP Malaysia have just submitted a price quotation to a Singaporean Trading company for the supply of rubber tapping knives, sharpening stones, Ethephon Plus latex stimulants and wound healing compound. The Singaporean trading company is interested to supply these items to their clients in South Asia. This enquiry augurs well in 2009 as our company is interested to expand our trading network either directly or by working with interested companies around the region to market our products and services. |
