Our MD who has 30 years experience in rubber processing, has received a skim block processing line from Thailand yesterday.

The deal was clinched with a firm hand shake after the final price and skim block system was agreed upon. The heating shall be using steam heating though a diesel burner will be incorporated as a back heating source.

Earlier, Mr Kang was invited by the buyer to view his current factory operation. Some labour saving process were proposed so that they can operate the current skim crepe production with less manpower.

Our company organised a short factory visit to some rubber factories in Southern Thailand for one of our overseas client.

We visited at least two rubber factories in a short half day tour. Our client saw RSS production, TSR latex grade production, latex concentrate, compound rubber, pale crepe and TSR 20 production
System.

The visit was organised so that our client understand the various types of rubber processing available in the currentworld market.

Our company is tying up with another company which can offer kiln drying systems for rubber wood.

Our EMP Projects and Engineering Division has submitted a 1mt/hr expandable to 2mt/hr crumb rubber process line to our agent in South America. The process line is to produce Technically Specified Rubber 20 from cup lumps and slabs.

This South American country is relatively new in the production of rubber for the rubber tyres industry. However, they have invested in rubber plantings for the past 5 years and these plantations are now coming to tapping.

Our Trading Division has quoted for the supply and delivery of 7 sets of Axial fans to our agent in Bangladesh. He requested the quotation last week end.

Our agent was successful in obtaining 15 sets of Centrifugal fans last year and hopefully, we will be successful again soon. Our quoted price is competitive and we look forward to some good news soon.
