EMP Malaysia will be entertaining and hosting overseas guests next week. One Thai group is coming to pre-delivery inspection of their Skim Block rubber dryer and auxilliary equipment bought from our company. They intend to take delivery by May 2013.
Another overseas guest is from an ASEAN country. Their company intends to propose and invest in a new crumb rubber factory. They want to discuss about crumb rubber processing systems.

Our Trading Division recently quoted Ethephon Plus sample orders to our potential clients in Sri Lanka and India. They requested us to send 200kg each of Ethephon Plus 2.5% (Blue), 5% (Green) and 10% (Red) for them to import these samples.
If they find the products effective, they may buy more in bulk form.
We certainly want to break into the Sri Lankan market and over the years, our company has already export our Ethephon Plus to India.

Our Projects and Engineering Division has submitted a complete EMP Dry Process/Blending Line of 2mt/hr to a potential customer in Indonesia.
The client wants to blend their dried crepe, sheets and off grades into TSR 20 block rubber. Our company proposes that they invest in our EMP Dry Process system as it will be cheaper than investing in a new Wet and Dry conventioal TSR rubber processing line.

Our Fans Division has received an order for 2 sets of Centrifugal fans from our customer. They will be used in the Cooling Tunnel of the dry process line.
Our centrifugal fans and axial fans have been operating in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh and other countries around the world. They are reliable and are used in building services applications, rubber industry and factories.

EMP MALAYSIA SIGNS DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH AMERICAN COMPANY TO MARKET EMP RUBBER PROCESSING SYSTEMS
In order for our company to penetrate the South American market, our company has recently inked a Distributor agreement with a South American company. They will be marketing our EMP Range of Rubber Processing systems in the South American area.
Since our agreement with them from 1st. January 2013, they have been active in seeking our potential clients for our systems. A few leads have been made and hopefully, we can have some business deals in 2013.
A Vietnamese company has requested us to quote for the supply and delivery of 2 sets of EMP 100 Moving Chamber Automatic Rubber baling press to his Vietnamese customer.
Due to revision of our supply chain of our suppliers and modification of our manufacturing process, we managed to keep our price of our presses in competitive range. Moreover, we offer quality hydraulic dual pumps and components from a reputable German company.
2013 started out with a request from our client to quote for a 20ft. container of latex cups for their plantations in Africa.
We submitted our price quotation recently and due to high transport charges, we offerred our HDPE latex cups of 1.2 litres capacity which have a life span of between 3 to 5 years. This will save them from having to order these cups on a yearly basis and will save them costs over the longer period.
This customer order 2.4 metric tonnes of Ethephon Plus 10% rubber latex stimulant and sharpening stones from us recently.
Our company has just submitted a budgetary price quotation to an investment company in Myanmar which is studying the possibility of setting up a rubber processing system there.
It is in the initial stage of planning and the investment company wanted to the budget prices of a TSR 20 plant, Latex Concentrate plant, Dry process line and TSR 5L process lines. Our company has provided the necessary information to them.

Our MD who has 30 years experience in rubber processing, has received a skim block processing line from Thailand yesterday.
The deal was clinched with a firm hand shake after the final price and skim block system was agreed upon. The heating shall be using steam heating though a diesel burner will be incorporated as a back heating source.
Earlier, Mr Kang was invited by the buyer to view his current factory operation. Some labour saving process were proposed so that they can operate the current skim crepe production with less manpower.
